About Us
Owner-esthetician Naren McIntosh had 10 years’ experience working in the medical spa Ajune in Manhattan’s Upper East Side before founding Shangri-La Spa in 2009. She is a certified reiki master, chakra healing therapist, and ayurvedic nutritionist, and is trained with hypnosis. She uses her knowledge of these techniques to help with stress management, energy balance, and improve clients’ self-healing ability.
